A new recording studio is now open in Ellwood City – Ellwood City, PA news

Mix, equalize, layer… MASTER!

The music will resonate in Ellwood City thanks to October Recording Studio. The studio has just opened its doors and consultations are now offered to artists and groups of all musical levels.

Rick Fleischer, who has played in several bands and been playing music for 25 years now, and has toured the United States, Canada and Germany, decided to open a recording studio to the community.

“My band has always recorded music on their own, so it felt right to create a space where not only can we record music, but where other musicians from everywhere can come and record their music as well,” Fleischer said.

The studio is open to all artists of all musical genres, whether you are a solo artist or a full band, the studio is open to everyone. In addition, artists of all levels are welcome. The studio has house guitars, drums, keyboard and bass guitars, but if you have your own instrument, you can bring it.

October Studios almost exclusively uses Slate Digital gear. They use Pro Tools with two Slate VRS8 interfaces, a Slate Raven console, and Slate ML1 and ML2 microphones. They also have Shure SM57s and 58s, a variety of guitars and basses, and Mapex 5-piece drums with custom Zildjian A cymbals.

Arrange a consultation to take a tour, ask questions, or inquire about setting up studio time. Booking forms and contact details are available on the studio’s website. There is no set price for a session, the price is based on what the consultation entails.

Services offered include tracking, mixing, mastering and production.
