Local Michigan singer Grace Rembinski signs music recording contract and prepares to move to Nashville – CW50 Detroit
Southfield (CW50) – Grace Rembinski, 17, is a country music singer from Canton who discovered her love for music at a young age. She would grab her little toy guitar and perform for her family. When she was in college, she got her first guitar and started writing music.
Around the same time, Rembinski entered a singing contest called “Canton Idol,” a hit signing contest play. american idol. Rembinski won the contest in her first year as a contestant. Someone in the crowd recorded her performance and sent it to Canton native Ray Horton, who runs a Nashville-based music publishing company, Mucho Love Music.

In an interview with Hometown Life, Horton spoke about the significance of Rembinski’s story saying, “It’s hard to say exactly what kind of odds she’s already beaten, but I know there are tons of musicians who think they can do it here, but very, very few do. And the fact that she’s only 16 makes her story even more incredible.
Throughout her teenage years, Rembinski continued to write songs and traveled to Nashville to record her music. When she was 16, she signed a deal with Mucho Love Music to start releasing her songs. As she completes her senior year in high school, she looks forward to moving to Nashville after graduating.

Before moving to Nashville, Rembinski will release a new song called “Love Yourself” on November 28.
