New dance studios, media suite and recording studio take shape as growing media company moves into new space in Sunderland

ISG (formerly known as i-Stage Group) recently took over the former Jupiter Center from the North East Business and Innovation Center (NE BIC) on the North Shore of Sunderland.

And performance and events experts plan to turn the space into a purpose-built ISG hub, which they say will not only benefit artists and creatives working within the company, but also provide space for actors. of the arts and culture sector in the region.

The renovation will include the creation of rehearsal spaces, a state-of-the-art recording studio, a multimedia suite and dance studios, as well as meeting and conference rooms.

While the ISG Hub will provide invaluable space for artists and the production team within the company – including its label and publishing division, ISG Global – the rooms will also be available to rent for creative professionals and groups in the region and beyond.

Work has already started on the project and is expected to be completed in early 2022.

Paul Waite, Founder and CEO of ISG, believes the space will be an asset to artists of all skill levels.

In addition to working with a growing portfolio of artists including singers, dancers, musicians and specialty artists, ISG also manages and delivers large-scale entertainment and event experiences.
